- Location: 136 Yanghwa-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul (3-minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station Exit 9)
- Area : Total Floor 13,275㎡ / Site Area 1,393㎡
- Composition: 10 shared office seats, 28 meeting rooms of various sizes, including IR rooms, etc.
- Monthly Usage Fee: KRW 200,000
- Operational Period: september 2026 – End of December 2027 (Expected)
